01 General Terms and Conditions

Bang12 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service. By using bang12, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact bang12 support immediately.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bang12 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amounts are fixed and may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
• Funds will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Withdrawal Rules

• KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–48 hours.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Bang12 reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious transactions.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

Bang12 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and failure to meet those terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• Before claiming a bonus, please read the applicable wagering requirements (rollover requirement).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bang12 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended.

05 Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on bang12 are determined by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This process is fully impartial and audited by independent third parties.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bang12 reserves the right to void that round.
• For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the wager will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

If a dispute arises over a game result, you may submit a complaint to the bang12 support team. bang12's decision will be considered final.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bang12 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Opening an account using a fake ID or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the game system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses under multiple identities
• Harassing or defrauding other players.

07 Responsible Gaming

Bang12 is committed to responsible gaming. Gaming is meant for entertainment, not addiction. We want all our members to play in a healthy and controlled manner.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits at any time.
• You may request a temporary break (cool-off) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Bang12 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice under the following circumstances:

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
